We are looking for a Marketing Officer to join our team. This role involves day-to-day tasks related to developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships etc.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Provide excellent customer service and support Address client inquiries and concerns promptly Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture Follow up on leads, inquiries to convert prospects into customers and close deals Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes Maintain accurate documentation and records of client communications

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Good communication skill Excellent presentation and negotiation skills Proven track record in sales (construction & Interior design ) Preferring candidates from Ernakulam
