Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Sales:

Identify and target potential customers through cold calling, visits, and networking. Present company products to clients and explain technical specifications (e.g., hardware, fasteners, IMTP, etc.). Prepare and send quotations, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into sales. Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed targets. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business. Visit industrial regions, plants, and project sites for business development. Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, dispatch, and after-sales service.

Marketing:

Plan and implement marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote company products. Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events. Assist in preparing brochures, product catalogs, and digital content. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Manage the company's online presence (social media, website, etc.). Collect customer feedback and share insights for product improvement or strategy refinement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing (preferably in industrial or manufacturing sector). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand technical products and client requirements. Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools; familiarity with digital marketing is a plus. Willingness to travel for client visits, exhibitions, and outstation meetings.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of stainless steel fasteners, industrial components, or project supply is an advantage. Goal-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Time management and multitasking skills. Team player with a proactive approach.

Pay: ?11,050.05 - ?15,000.00 per month
