Flymedia technology a growing digital marketing company located in Ludhiana, we are looking for male candidate who can join us as a sales and marketing manager . The Sales and Marketing Manager will be Responsible for planning and executing sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets, increase market share, and build brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales and marketing plans. Identify new business opportunities and maintain client relationships. Lead and motivate the sales team to meet targets. Manage advertising, promotions, and brand campaigns. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in CRM and digital marketing tools. Male candidates preferred. Willing to travel on daily basis to meet our clients (locals or international).
