We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional to promote and sell
Louvers, WPC Panels, and PVC Panels
. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth in the interior and exterior building materials sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Generate new business leads through architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and dealers.
Manage existing client accounts and ensure repeat business.
Present and explain product features, benefits, and applications to potential clients.
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations.
Negotiate pricing, close sales deals, and prepare quotations/proposals.
Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers and regularly update the CRM/sales records.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Proven experience in
building materials, construction products, interior/exterior decor, or related industry
.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with architects, builders, and channel partners.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel as required.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
