Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced
Sales & Digital Marketing Executive
to take full ownership of our sales and marketing operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in
client handling, digital marketing
, and
B2B sales
, preferably in the
construction or heavy fabrication industry
. This role includes managing our
IndiaMART leads
, following up with potential clients, converting leads into orders, and driving overall sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Follow-Up:
Manage and respond to IndiaMART inquiries promptly.
Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed orders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Sales & Business Development:
Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
Identify new business opportunities in steel fabrication, solar work, heavy fabrication, and railway supply.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tenders to clients.
Digital Marketing:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, Google Ads, Email Marketing, Social Media, etc.).
Develop content and strategies to increase online visibility and generate leads.
Manage and improve the company's online presence across platforms.
Client Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for all customer queries and requirements.
Maintain a professional and proactive communication approach.
Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements:
Minimum
6-7 years of experience
in sales and marketing, preferably in
construction or industrial sectors
.
Strong knowledge of
digital marketing tools and platforms
.
Proven experience in
handling IndiaMART leads
or similar B2B platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
Familiarity with
steel fabrication, solar projects, or railway supply
is highly preferred.
