Hotel Sales & Marketing Manager

Up to ?40,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution

: Drive room and banquet sales through corporate tie-ups, travel agents, walk-ins, and event bookings.

Marketing & Promotion

: Plan and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and digital outreach to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

Client Relationship Management

: Build strong relationships with clients, event organizers, and corporates to generate repeat business.

Revenue Monitoring

: Set sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure consistent revenue generation across hotel and banquet operations.

Event Coordination & Support

: Coordinate with operational teams to ensure smooth execution of events, conferences, and parties.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel/banquet sales and marketing. Strong local network and ability to convert leads into bookings. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and lead sales initiatives. Preferably from the hospitality or events industry.
