Job Description

1. Identify and onboard potential clients through online channels and in-person field visits
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business
3. Achieve monthly sales targets to qualify for full fixed salary
4. Maintain daily reports of leads, visits, and conversions
5. Collaborate with internal teams for project handovers post onboarding

1. Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales/marketing/business development

2. Must have a 2-wheeler and a valid driving license

3. Willingness to travel for client meetings in and around Kolkata

4. Comfortable working on target-based incentives.

5. Prior experience in agency sales or digital services will be an advantage

6. Should be proactive, confident, and result-oriented

7. Preferred: Candidates residing in Kolkata or nearby locations.

Pay: ?9,075.68 - ?51,340.67 per month
