Duties
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth.
Manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance performance and productivity.
Oversee B2B sales efforts, focusing on building relationships with key clients and expanding market presence.
Collaborate with the marketing department to create effective promotional campaigns that align with sales goals.
Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and analyzing performance metrics.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
Foster strong customer service practices to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Lead negotiations with prospective clients to secure contracts and close deals effectively.
Drive business development initiatives by identifying new markets and potential partnerships.
Requirements
Proven experience in outside sales, technical sales, or technology sales within a B2B environment.
Strong management skills with a track record of leading successful teams.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer interactions and data analysis.
