Roles We Are Hiring For:

Sales & Marketing Executives

(Entry to Mid-Level)

Acquisition Executives

(Focus: Onboarding Apartment & Community Partners)

Sales Managers / Area Sales Managers

(Experience Required)

Key Responsibilities:For Executives:

Identify, approach, and convert local businesses and brands for outdoor & digital advertising. Pitch advertising solutions to potential clients across sectors: retail, real estate, healthcare, education, etc. Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, networking, and online channels. Develop relationships with apartment associations and gated communities for screen placements. Support execution and ensure client satisfaction during campaign lifecycle.

For Managers:

Lead and mentor a team of executives to achieve sales targets. Design local marketing strategies and client acquisition plans. Build strategic partnerships with agencies and media buyers. Track KPIs, forecast sales, and report regularly to leadership. Oversee community acquisition and long-term partner retention.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1-5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development. Prior experience in

advertising, media, OOH, digital marketing

, or

real estate

is a strong plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-driven with a result-oriented mindset. For manager-level roles, team handling experience is required.
