Job Description

Develop and execute

strategic sales and marketing plans

to achieve business growth across domestic and international markets. Drive

brand positioning, market penetration, and distribution network expansion

in Africa and other global regions. Identify and manage

new business opportunities

, partnerships, and channel development. Lead and guide the

sales and marketing team

to achieve revenue and market share targets. Conduct

market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategy

formulation. Build and maintain strong relationships with

distributors, retailers, and key accounts

. Oversee

digital marketing initiatives

, promotional campaigns, and trade marketing activities. Coordinate with

production, finance, and logistics teams

to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Represent the company at

international exhibitions, trade shows, and business meetings

. Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare

MIS reports

for management review.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of

international sales and export procedures

. Prior exposure to

African / South African markets

adds advantage. Proven success in

strategic sales planning and team leadership

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. Strong knowledge of

Beverage or FMCG industry trends

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
