Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive student enrollments
Lead, train, and manage the sales and counseling team
Set targets, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of revenue goals
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline)
Build partnerships with schools, colleges, and institutions
Analyze market trends, competition, and customer behavior
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Requirements:
3-7 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the EdTech industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Experience in digital marketing and lead-generation strategies is an advantage
Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Coimbatore preferred
Salary:
As per industry standards (commensurate with experience)
