Job Summary:

The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business goals, increase market share, and enhance brand presence. This role involves managing a team, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Manage and motivate the sales team to reach performance goals. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Prepare and present monthly and quarterly sales reports to management. Negotiate and close high-value deals and contracts.

Marketing Responsibilities:

Plan and oversee marketing campaigns to promote products/services. Manage digital marketing, social media, and advertising activities. Coordinate branding and promotional events. Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. Analyze marketing campaign performance and optimize based on insights. Build and maintain relationships with media and advertising partners.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Proficiency in CRM and marketing software (HubSpot, Zoho, Google Ads, etc.). Data-driven and strategic thinking. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). 8-18 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Experience in [insert industry, e.g., interior design / real estate / IT services] preferred.

Salary Range:

As per industry standards (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?75,000.00 - ?110,000.00 per month
