Job Summary:

Sri Krish Housing Properties is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. This is a

100% commission-based role

with no fixed salary. The right candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, generating leads, and expanding our client base while earning attractive commissions based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital marketing, and field activities. Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, property presentations, negotiations, and deal closures. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote residential and commercial projects. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring excellent client servicing and satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams, developers, and channel partners to maximize business opportunities. Track competitors, market trends, and pricing strategies to stay competitive. Consistently achieve assigned sales targets.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of proven Sales & Marketing experience in Real Estate. Strong client network in the Chennai property market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently. Ability to manage multiple clients and deliver under deadlines.
