Overview
The Sales & Marketing Manager will be primarily responsiblefor executing the sales strategyof the hotel with the ultimate objectiveof maximizing revenue across all revenue generating outlets.
Key Responsibilities
Devise and implement the overall sales and marketing plan for the hotel.
Liaise with the General Manager in adopting price strategies l.
Identify and approach potential corporate clients,travel agents.
Prepare proposals,negotiate rates and finalize group bookings.
Work towards achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain good rapport with existing clients and key accounts for repeate business.
Conduct market research to stay competitive and identify new opportunities.
Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize room rate and inventory.
Required Skills & Qualification :
Graduate / Postgraduate degree in Marketing
5 to 8 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative decisions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
