Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in catering services.
Identify new business opportunities with corporate clients, weddings, events, and institutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with operations and catering teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all stages of the sales cycle.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in sales, preferably in catering, hospitality, or food service industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build long-term client relationships and close deals.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Good knowledge of the local market (Thiruvalla and surrounding areas) is an added advantage.
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, Hotel Management, or related field preferred.
