Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the packaging and printing industry (corrugated packaging, labels, rigid packaging, cartons, etc.).
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry segments, and emerging trends.
Focus on acquiring new customers in sectors such as FMCG, pharmaceuticals, food & beverages, e-commerce, manufacturing, and retail.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients to ensure continuous business growth.
Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition:
Use a combination of cold calling, email marketing, digital outreach, networking, and referrals to generate leads.
Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers, procurement managers, brand managers, and packaging heads.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase solutions.
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Create tailored proposals and quotations based on customer needs and market pricing.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients to close deals.
Collaborate with the production, design, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of orders.
Customer Retention:
Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and explore cross-selling/up-selling opportunities.
Provide after-sales support, address customer concerns, and ensure timely deliveries.
2. Marketing & Brand Positioning:
Marketing Strategy Development:
Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract potential customers.
Utilize both traditional (brochures, networking events) and digital marketing ( social media, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, etc.) to enhance visibility.
Monitor competitor activities and identify areas for competitive advantage.
3. Market Research & Strategy Development:
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
Gather feedback from customers to improve product offerings, pricing strategies, and service quality.
Develop pricing models based on market conditions, raw material costs, and competitor pricing.
4. CRM & Reporting:
Maintain an updated CRM system with details of leads, prospects, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Provide after-sales support to maintain long-term client relationships.
Provide weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and business growth strategies.
Monitor key KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) such as lead conversion rate, revenue growth, and customer retention.
