We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth in different countries.

Having minimum one experience in automotive or electrical spare Parts.

Payment is based on Performance only, This job is on enquiries conversion basis so if you are ready to that then only apply.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in automotive, electrical, and Hardware child parts Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction Oversee marketing campaigns to promote products or services Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth with target competitors. Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and performance Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team

Experience

Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing in the field of automotive or electrical child part manufacturing companies mostly tier1 Strong background in technical sales and customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated leadership capabilities in a sales environment

Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?1,000,000.00 per year
