Monitor campaign performance, track analytics, and prepare regular reports.
Collaborate with management and other departments to align marketing efforts with company objectives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Self-motivated, creative, and detail-oriented.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
Graphic design or content creation skills are an asset.
