Sernion is seeking an ambitious and dynamic

Sales & Marketing Manager

to lead business growth, client partnerships, and brand visibility. The ideal candidate will drive sales strategies, connect with potential businesses, and lead marketing initiatives that position Sernion as a trusted name in AI and data solutions.

Role Description:



As a Sales & Marketing Manager at Sernion, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing sales pipelines, managing client relationships, and executing marketing campaigns. You'll play a key role in expanding Sernion's presence in the AI, data, and technology sectors through strategic partnerships and creative marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and connect with businesses to build B2B partnerships and onboard new clients. Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals. Generate leads through online/offline channels and convert them into long-term clients. Collaborate with the leadership team to define target markets and pricing models. Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and content platforms. Create marketing materials and pitch decks to present Sernion's offerings effectively. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, sales metrics, and growth KPIs. Represent Sernion in networking events, conferences, and client meetings. Coordinate with the product and tech teams to align business needs with solutions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and partnership targets.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 0-2 years of experience in

B2B sales, marketing, or business development

(preferably in IT/AI/SaaS sectors). Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Experience with CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and lead generation. Creative mindset with the ability to strategize and execute campaigns independently. Entrepreneurial attitude and readiness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
