Key Responsibilities
Assist in building and executing
multi-channel outbound campaigns
(email, LinkedIn, phone, webinars, etc.).
Research and segment
target customer profiles
(universities, mid-sized enterprises, government).
Create and manage
email sequences
, follow-ups, and CRM updates.
Set up discovery meetings, qualify leads, and coordinate with senior sales team.
Support
marketing content creation
including blog posts, social media, and sales decks.
Track analytics and report campaign performance.
Participate in
customer demos
, note objections and feedback.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams for continuous improvements.

Skills & Qualifications
0-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (SaaS preferred).
Understanding of
ESG
, sustainability, or compliance is a plus.
Strong communication and copywriting skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold outreach tools is a bonus.
Proactive, organized, and ready to learn in a startup environment.
