The Sales & Marketing Manager in the Real Estate industry is responsible for leading sales strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and driving revenue growth through effective promotion and closing of property sales. The role requires a blend of strategic planning, team management, client relations, and digital marketing knowledge to enhance brand positioning and achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Management
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Manage and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and lead conversion.
Supervise property site visits, client meetings, and negotiations to close sales deals.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
Ensure proper documentation, agreement preparation, and timely collections.
2. Marketing & Branding
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote residential and commercial projects.
Coordinate with digital marketing teams for social media promotions, SEO, and online lead generation.
Organize property expos, customer meets, and open house events to attract potential buyers.
Develop creative marketing materials like brochures, videos, and advertisements.
Collaborate with advertising agencies and vendors for promotional activities.
3. Business Development
Identify and establish relationships with corporate clients, investors, and channel partners.
Explore new sales opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand business reach.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to align pricing and product positioning.
4. Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead a team of sales executives, marketing coordinators, and telecallers.
Train and guide the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and client handling.
Coordinate with project, finance, and legal departments to ensure smooth client transactions.
5. Reporting & Analysis
Track sales performance, marketing ROI, and prepare management reports.
Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback to improve sales strategies.
Analyze lead-to-conversion ratios and optimize marketing campaigns.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience:
4-8 years of experience in Real Estate Sales & Marketing (residential or commercial projects).
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Knowledge of real estate laws, RERA guidelines, and market trends
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and digital marketing tools
Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure
