Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support the business development efforts of the company by identifying prospective clients, building strong relationships with consultants and architects, and coordinating pre- and post-sales activities related to PEB structures.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and market

Pre Engineered Building (PEB)

solutions to potential clients in industrial and commercial sectors.

Identify and meet with consultants, architects, and decision-makers

involved in PEB structure planning and execution. Conduct

pre-sales activities

including client presentations, proposal generation, and solution discussion. Manage

post-sales follow-up

, ensuring client satisfaction and timely support throughout the project lifecycle. Liaise with the

project execution team

for smooth project delivery and address any client-related issues. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while developing new business opportunities. Assist in preparing marketing materials, client pitches, and site visit coordination. Gather market intelligence, competitor activities, and provide input to sales strategies.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Educational Qualification

: Diploma in

Mechanical Engineering

or

Civil Engineering

OR Bachelor's degree in

Mechanical Engineering

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and project site visits. Self-motivated, with a proactive and target-driven approach. Basic knowledge of construction/steel structures and PEB systems is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is desirable.
