Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented

Sales & Marketing Manager

to lead our sales and marketing initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve business targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets Identify new business opportunities and generate leads Manage key client accounts and maintain long-term relationships Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals

Marketing Responsibilities

Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline) Strengthen brand positioning and market presence Coordinate with digital marketing, advertising, and PR teams Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior Support sales through promotional activities and marketing materials
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
