Key Responsibilities

Cold-call prospective clients, generate interest and schedule meetings. Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients, present our services and convert leads into business. Generate new leads through research, networking and field visits. Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets (meetings, leads, conversions). Prepare proposals/quotations, negotiate and close deals. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations) to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery. Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager. Travel locally around Ludhiana for face-to-face meetings as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-2 years' experience in sales, business development, marketing or similar role. Good communication skills in English; able to handle meetings, calls and client interactions. Willingness to do field work, attend offline client meetings. Self-motivated, target-driven, confident, outgoing and good at relationship building.
