The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the strategy, implementation, and optimization of the company's customer relationship management system. This role is pivotal in enhancing customer engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Generate leads and acquire new clients. Approach potential customers and convert them into business opportunities. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Promote company services (hoardings, bus branding, unipoles, outdoor advertising). Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities. Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns. Prepare and submit regular sales reports.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and negotiation skills. Previous experience in sales/marketing/business development preferred (advertising/media industry is a plus). Target-driven and self-motivated. Execellent Communication skills in English.
