The Role:

As our Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving business growth. You'll be responsible for generating new client leads, nurturing existing relationships, and managing all aspects of digital marketing, social media, and brand development.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, and Google Help in create compelling social media content (posts, stories, videos, ads) that reflects our brand voice Track analytics and adapt strategies to boost engagement, reach, and conversions Collaborate with the clinic team to promote new treatments, special offers, and client testimonials Maintain and enhance the clinic's online reputation and brand image Monitor industry trends and stay ahead in the aesthetic and beauty space

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales and digital marketing (preferably in aesthetics, beauty, or wellness) Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital ad tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) Excellent communication, content creation, and customer service skills Creative eye for design, branding, and visual storytelling Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets Knowledge of CRM tools, email marketing, and basic graphic design is a plus
