We pride ourselves on creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. Key Responsibilities:
Contract length: 12 months Pay: From 40,000.00 per month Benefits:
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive bookings and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agents, and corporate partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Create engaging marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Coordinate with the events team to promote and manage resort events and activities.
- Analyze sales and marketing metrics to refine strategies and achieve targets.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
