About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented
Sales Manager

strategic sales leadership

new business development

inbound lead generation efforts
, accelerating customer acquisition in the rapidly evolving fields of

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Management
Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients, acting as a trusted advisor for AI and automation solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle -- from lead generation to deal closure -- including delivering product demos and negotiating contracts.
Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular reports on revenue progress.
Marketing & Lead Generation
Execute foundational SEO strategies (keyword research, on-page optimization) to boost organic traffic and inbound leads.
Plan and manage a content calendar with blogs, case studies, and thought-leadership content to establish credibility.
Oversee and optimize paid campaigns (LinkedIn/Google Ads) to drive qualified leads.
Track KPIs and conversion metrics across marketing and sales, making data-driven improvements.
Collaboration
Work with design and video teams to produce impactful marketing assets (visuals, social media content, short-form videos).
Partner with delivery teams to create case studies and testimonials that highlight client success stories.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3-6 years of proven B2B sales experience (preferably in SaaS, AI, or IT solutions).
Hands-on experience with SEO, content marketing, and digital lead generation.
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment.
