Work closely with OEMs, vendors, and internal production teams
Support customers with sizing, technical clarification, and application solutions
Marketing & Tendering
Prepare and review
techno-commercial offers, BOQs, costing, and pricing
Participate in
tendering, RFQs, and bid submissions
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Plan and execute marketing activities, exhibitions, and customer meetings
Team & Coordination
Lead and mentor the sales team to improve performance
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams for smooth execution
Maintain CRM data, sales reports, forecasts, and MIS
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of
Solar EPC projects, DG Gensets, and Electrical Panels
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Experience in
B2B industrial sales and EPC project sales
Understanding of
technical drawings, SLDs, GA drawings, and specifications
Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools
Willingness to travel extensively
