Role Overview

The Sales and marketing Manager at Discount Villa will handle company-provided leads, visit potential customers, explain company offerings, and close deals. This is an operational role focused on customer interaction, field visits, and driving conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and follow up on lead details shared by the company. Contact customers to understand their requirements and schedule meetings. Visit customers at their location to present Discount Villa's services/offers. Build strong relationships with customers to gain trust and influence decisions. Achieve monthly sales and conversion Goals . ( NO TARGET) Address customer queries, guide them with complete information, and ensure a smooth decision-making process. Maintain proper records of visits, follow-ups, and closures. Coordinate with the internal team for updates, documentation, and reporting. Represent Discount Villa professionally during all client interactions.
Skills & Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing and negotiation ability. Comfortable with field visits and customer-facing work. Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented. Experience in sales, field sales, or relationship management preferred.
