Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate new business leads in the
metal fabrication and engineering services
sector.
Identify and approach potential clients across various industries in and around
Pune, PCMC, and Maharashtra region
.
Plan and execute
digital marketing campaigns
(LinkedIn, Google Ads, website SEO, email marketing, etc.) to enhance brand visibility.
Prepare and manage
marketing materials
such as brochures, product catalogs, videos, and company profiles.
Collaborate with the
sales, design, and production teams
to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Attend
industrial exhibitions, trade fairs, and vendor meets
to promote company services.
Conduct
market research
to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and emerging trends in sheet metal fabrication.
Manage the company's
website and social media presence
, ensuring up-to-date and professional representation.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Track and report on
in marketing or business development, preferably in
sheet metal, fabrication, or manufacturing industries.
Knowledge of
laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, and powder coating processes.
Proven track record in
industrial/B2B marketing and lead generation.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong network within the
Pune industrial belt
(Chakan, Talegaon, Bhosari, Pirangut, Velu, etc.) will be an added advantage.
