Job Summary



We are looking for a

Marketing Manager

to lead the marketing and business development activities for our

Sheet Metal Fabrication, Laser Cutting, Bending, and Welding services

. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial B2B marketing, excellent networking skills, and experience in promoting precision engineering or fabrication services to diverse industries such as automotive, electrical, construction, and heavy engineering.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate new business leads in the

metal fabrication and engineering services

sector. Identify and approach potential clients across various industries in and around

Pune, PCMC, and Maharashtra region

. Plan and execute

digital marketing campaigns

(LinkedIn, Google Ads, website SEO, email marketing, etc.) to enhance brand visibility. Prepare and manage

marketing materials

such as brochures, product catalogs, videos, and company profiles. Collaborate with the

sales, design, and production teams

to align marketing initiatives with business goals. Attend

industrial exhibitions, trade fairs, and vendor meets

to promote company services. Conduct

market research

to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and emerging trends in sheet metal fabrication. Manage the company's

website and social media presence

, ensuring up-to-date and professional representation. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Track and report on

marketing performance, lead conversions, and ROI

to management.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in

Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering

, or a related field (MBA preferred).

5-10 years of experience

in marketing or business development, preferably in

sheet metal, fabrication, or manufacturing industries.

Knowledge of

laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, and powder coating processes.

Proven track record in

industrial/B2B marketing and lead generation.

Excellent

communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in

CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and MS Office applications.

Strong network within the

Pune industrial belt

(Chakan, Talegaon, Bhosari, Pirangut, Velu, etc.) will be an added advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)



Number of qualified leads and new clients acquired. Growth in sales inquiries and conversion rates. Marketing ROI and digital engagement performance. Customer retention and satisfaction levels. Market expansion and brand visibility in the region.
