Role Overview
Lead the D2C launch of a health & wellness brand, drive brand visibility, and accelerate online sales from zero to scale.
Key Responsibilities
Execute go-to-market strategy for the D2C launch
Build and manage performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, emerging platforms)
Drive sales growth via website, marketplaces, and strategic partnerships
Develop content and brand marketing strategies (storytelling, influencers, community)
Lead customer acquisition, retention, and CRM (email, WhatsApp, loyalty programs)
Optimize sales funnels, track KPIs, and scale successful initiatives
Collaborate with product and design teams for market fit and brand resonance
Requirements
4-7 years' experience in D2C marketing & sales (FMCG, nutraceuticals, or lifestyle brands preferred)
Strong expertise in digital marketing and performance growth
Proven record of scaling online sales from launch/early stage
Understanding of consumer insights, e-commerce trends, and growth tactics
Self-starter able to build and lead a team
Passion for health, fitness, and wellness a plus
