Manage and grow relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and key B2B customers.
Identify new market opportunities, conduct market research, and monitor industry trends.
Lead the sales team in meeting targets and expanding market share across regions.
Prepare annual sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
Plan and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, trade shows, and exhibitions.
Collaborate with product development and production teams to align offerings with market demand.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
(MBA in Marketing preferred.)
10-12 years of relevant experience in automotive sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of the automotive industry, particularly OEM and Tier-1 engagement.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to travel as required for business meetings and customer visits.
