Job Description

Sales and Marketing Executive Responsibilities:

Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market. Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals. Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals. Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports. Implementing new sales plans and advertising. Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives. Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities. Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks. Contributing to the development of marketing strategies. Conducting market research on rival products. Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products. Coordinating with media representatives and sponsors. Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies. Answering client queries about product specifications and uses. Maintaining client relations. Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas. Creating and presenting sales performance reports.

Sales and Marketing Executive Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field. Proven work experience as a sales and marketing executive. Knowledge of modern marketing techniques. High-level communication and networking skills. A passion for sales. Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies. Good project management skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure.
