Job responsibility:
Lead nationwide sales team to achieve sales targets.
Establish productive and professional relationships with Present Distributors and Custom.
Negotiate and close agreements with key customers.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics(MIS Reports) and suggest improvements . Drive monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts & achievement .
Guide research to identify potential customers and market opportunities.
Provide timely and effective solutions for product or new product aligned with market requirements/needs.
Liaise with sales and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
Managing, Supervision & team leadership, Need to manage hospitality event & exhibition & give presentation.
Branding and marketing / Corporate Gifting.
