Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Team Building
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of sales executives and business development professionals.
- Provide mentorship, training, and performance feedback to the team.
- Set and monitor KPIs to ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive consistent revenue growth across key geographies.
- Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Track pipeline, forecast revenue, and optimize conversion metrics.
Marketing & Demand Generation
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute campaigns that drive brand awareness and qualified leads.
- Oversee content creation, digital marketing efforts, and product positioning in target markets.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform strategy and pricing.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the key point of contact for high-value clients and enterprise accounts.
- Coordinate with product and tech teams to communicate market feedback and align feature rollouts.
- Represent the company at real estate expos, webinars, and industry conferences.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience with at least 2+ years in real estate SaaS sales.
- Proven ability to build and scale a sales team from the ground up.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- High EQ, self-driven, and a hands-on operator.
Preferred:
- MBA or equivalent management qualification.
- Prior experience in early or growth-stage SaaS startups.
- Network in the real estate developer or broker ecosystem.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and growth marketing tactics.
