Job Summary:



We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented sales professionals with proven experience in

paper adhesive sales

. The candidate will be responsible for driving B2B sales, managing existing accounts, and developing new business opportunities across the designated region.

Key Responsibilities:



Promote and sell

paper adhesives

for applications such as

bookbinding, paper-to-paper, and industrial lamination

to OEMs, printers, and converters. Develop new business by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options. Manage key accounts and build long-term customer relationships. Execute product trials and provide technical support in coordination with the technical team. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and customer feedback for management review. Coordinate with internal departments like logistics, technical, and accounts for smooth operations. Stay updated on competitor activity, market trends, and customer needs. Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meets to promote brand awareness.

Key Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Chemistry / Science / Marketing / Engineering or equivalent.

3-10 years of hands-on experience in selling paper adhesives

or similar products (e.g., water-based adhesives, lamination adhesives). Strong customer base in printing, packaging, publishing, or stationery sectors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong work ethic. Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Preferred Skills:



Knowledge of

OEM/B2B sales

and managing dealer/distributor networks. Familiarity with

adhesive applications in books, packaging, or labeling

. Basic understanding of adhesives chemistry will be an added advantage. Proficient in

MS Excel, CRM, and reporting tools

.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,992.84 - ?100,098.62 per month

Schedule:
