Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically sound

Marketing Manager

with proven experience in the

Pre-Engineered Building (PEB)

industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing key accounts, preparing technical offers, and closing sales while working closely with the design, production, and erection teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, logistics, and infrastructure segments. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients. Generate and convert qualified leads into confirmed projects. Conduct technical presentations and site discussions with clients. Collaborate with the estimation, design, and engineering teams to prepare accurate technical proposals. Follow up on quotations and negotiate final terms with clients. Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to support strategic planning. Ensure timely submission of bids/tenders and technical documentation. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as defined by the management. Represent the company in exhibitions, seminars, and industry networking events. Provide regular MIS, project forecasts, and marketing feedback to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field (MBA in Marketing is a plus). 5+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the PEB or steel structures industry. Sound knowledge of PEB systems, structural drawings, load calculations, and site practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and CRM tools.

Preferred Qualities:

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Able to handle multiple projects and deadlines. Willingness to travel extensively across regions for client meetings and project coordination. Familiar with design software, STAAD or MBS (an advantage).

Compensation:

As per industry standards + Incentives + Travel Allowances
