to join our team. The role is primarily
office-based
and will focus on
tele-sales, lead generation, social media engagement, and lead management
.
This role does not require frequent travel, but demands excellent communication skills in
basic English and Hindi
.
2. Key Responsibilities
Make
outbound calls
to potential customers and generate qualified leads.
Manage
incoming leads
from different sources (calls, website, social media).
Follow up with existing and new leads, maintain relationships, and convert leads into sales.
Contribute to
social media content ideas
and assist in creating engaging posts.
Maintain and update the
CRM / leads database
regularly.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets.
3. What We're Looking For
Good communication skills
in Hindi and basic English.
High energy, positivity, and enthusiasm
in daily work.
Ability to
handle rejection gracefully
and keep pushing towards targets.
Organized, disciplined, and comfortable with phone-based interactions.
Previous experience in
tele-sales / customer service / lead generation
is a plus (not mandatory).

Fixed Salary:
Competitive and based on experience.
Incentives:

150% of the fixed salary
