Job Description

I. Sales Management:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Sales Process Management:

Develop and implement a streamlined sales process, from initial contact to project completion.

Sales Forecasting & Budgeting:

Develop realistic sales forecasts and budgets, and track performance against targets.

Sales Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and motivate a sales team to achieve sales goals.

Negotiation & Closing:

Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
II. Marketing Management:

Market Research & Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.

Marketing Strategy Development:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, including online and offline campaigns.

Content Creation & Management:

Create engaging and informative content, such as website copy, social media posts, and brochures.

Digital Marketing:

Manage online marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.

Branding & Reputation Management:

Build and maintain a strong brand image and reputation.

Event Planning & Participation:

Plan and execute marketing events, such as trade shows and open houses.

Budget Management:

Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal ROI.

Performance Measurement & Reporting:

Track and analyze marketing performance, and report on key metrics.
III. General Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management:

Motivate and lead the sales and marketing team, providing guidance and support.

Communication & Collaboration:

Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Problem-Solving:

Identify and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
IV. Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

Experience:

Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the landscaping or construction industry

Skills:

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies. Understanding of the landscaping and hardscaping industry.

Personality:

Results-oriented and driven. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passionate about the environment and outdoor spaces.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
