Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve student enrollment and revenue targets.
Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly admission plans aligned with institutional goals.
Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales and marketing team.
2. Admissions & Revenue Growth
Drive student admissions through effective lead generation, counselling coordination, and conversion strategies.
Set admission targets for counsellors and ensure achievement through regular follow-ups.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly enquiry, conversion, and admission reports.
3. Marketing & Brand Promotion
Plan and execute offline and online marketing campaigns (digital ads, social media, email campaigns, posters, banners, events).
Strengthen institutional branding and market presence in the education sector.
Coordinate with digital marketing agencies for SEO, paid campaigns, and social media promotions.
4. Lead Generation & CRM Management
Ensure effective use of CRM and enquiry management systems for tracking leads and follow-ups.
Analyze lead sources and optimize marketing spend for better ROI.
Maintain accurate data on enquiries, admissions, and revenue.
5. Institutional Partnerships & Outreach
Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, corporates, training partners, and placement agencies.
Organize seminars, workshops, career guidance programs, campus visits, and education fairs.
Develop tie-ups and MOUs to enhance student intake and brand credibility.
6. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Conduct regular market research to identify trends, student preferences, and competitor offerings.
Recommend new courses, pricing strategies, and promotional offers based on market insights.
7. Budgeting & Reporting
Prepare and manage the marketing budget efficiently.
Submit regular performance reports to management on admissions, marketing effectiveness, and revenue.
Forecast admissions and revenue based on historical and current data.
8. Compliance & Coordination
Ensure all promotional activities comply with institutional policies and regulatory norms.
Coordinate with academic, placement, and administration teams to align marketing messages with actual offerings.
9. Process Improvement
Streamline admission and marketing processes for better efficiency and student experience.
Implement best practices in sales funnel management and team productivity.
