Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Advertising & Event Sales Executive to drive revenue by selling advertising solutions and event partnerships. The role focuses on pitching creative brand opportunities, closing sponsorship deals, and building long-term client relationships.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Pitching

Pitch advertising and event branding solutions to brands and businesses Present sponsorship decks, campaign ideas, and branding proposals Customize sales presentations based on client needs

Advertising Sales

Sell digital marketing packages Offer influencer campaigns and social media promotions Sell offline branding (hoardings, kiosks, standees, booth branding) Upsell and cross-sell services

Event Sponsorship Sales

Close deals for: Title sponsors Associate sponsors Stall & booth bookings Brand integrations Design sponsorship packages and benefits Negotiate pricing and contracts

Client Management

Build and maintain strong client relationships Manage key brand accounts Ensure smooth execution of sold campaigns

Lead Generation

Generate leads through: Cold calling Field visits Networking Maintain sales pipeline and follow-ups

Reporting

Track leads, conversions, and revenue Maintain client database & MIS Share market insights and competitor updates

Required Skills

Excellent communication & presentation skills Strong negotiation abilities Target-driven mindset Confident in field sales Relationship-building skills

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline Marketing / Media background preferred

Experience:

1-5 years in: Advertising sales Media sales Event sponsorship sales Agency business development

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
