Identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, builders, architects, and dealers to drive sales growth.
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and identify potential growth areas.
Present roofing materials effectively, clearly explaining product features, benefits, and value propositions to clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms in line with company policies and profitability goals.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions, exhibitions, and sales campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and business development activities.
