We are seeking a confident, strategic, and result-oriented

Sales and Marketing Manager

to lead our sales team, drive business growth, and achieve project sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, exceptional communication skills, and proven experience in real estate or a related industry.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate leads and close deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners. Oversee marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand-building initiatives. Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to optimize sales strategies. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management. Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and site visits. Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

MBA Graduate

Minimum

2 years of experience

in sales and marketing (real estate experience preferred). Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Goal-driven, confident, and self-motivated professional.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
