We are expanding rapidly and are now seeking an experienced

Branch Manager / Business Manager / Marketing & Sales Manager

to lead our growing team and drive the company's vision to the next level.

Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Management



Lead, manage, and motivate a

team of 40+ staff members

including sales executives, telecallers, counselors, and team leaders. Coordinate and monitor the performance of

four team leaders

and ensure effective communication across departments. Conduct

daily review meetings

, guide staff toward achieving sales targets, and maintain a positive and result-oriented environment. Implement

reward and recognition programs

to appreciate high performers and maintain team morale.

Sales & Marketing Management



Develop and execute

marketing and sales strategies

in line with company objectives. Ensure

monthly and quarterly target setting

for individuals and teams. Track

daily lead conversion rates

and sales performance, ensuring all staff meet or exceed targets. Work closely with the

digital marketing team

to optimize campaigns for lead generation and brand visibility. Conduct

competitor analysis

and implement strategic changes to maintain market leadership. Identify and implement

new technologies and AI-based tools

to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Operations & Reporting



Oversee branch operations including

sales, marketing, and administration

. Ensure proper

lead management, client communication, and CRM updates

. Prepare and submit

daily, weekly, and monthly reports

to top management including sales data, marketing performance, and financial summaries. Monitor

accounts and expense reports

to ensure cost-effective operations. Coordinate with HR for staff recruitment, training, and performance appraisals.

Qualifications & Skills Required



Bachelor's or Master's Degree in

Business Administration, Marketing, or Management

. Minimum

3-7 years of experience

in

sales and marketing management

, preferably in the

education, edtech, or service industry

. Proven leadership and people management skills with the ability to guide large teams. Strong understanding of

sales funnels, marketing automation, and CRM tools (LeadSquare preferred)

. Excellent

communication, analytical, and strategic planning

skills. Ability to handle

pressure, deadlines, and dynamic market conditions

. Tech-savvy with interest in

AI, digital marketing, and process automation

.
