Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager - Interior Design (Commercial Projects)

Experience: 7+ years in sales/marketing roles within the interior design, architecture, or real estate sector

We are looking for a strategic, target-driven, and design-savvy Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the acquisition and growth of commercial interior design projects. This role involves overseeing both sales and marketing operations with a focus on business development, brand positioning, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in commercial interiors, a strong professional network, and a deep understanding of client needs in corporate, retail, hospitality, and institutional sectors.

Sales & Business Development

Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth in target markets. Build strong relationships with key clients, corporate decision-makers, architects, developers, and consultants. Develop and manage a strong project pipeline; oversee the full sales lifecycle - from lead generation to contract closure. Create customized proposals, pitch presentations, and pricing strategies in collaboration with design and project teams. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust sales strategies.

Marketing Strategy

Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and lead generation. Oversee development of marketing materials - brochures, case studies, digital ads, social media, and website content. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums. Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams for PR, content, SEO, and social media initiatives.

Team Leadership

Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales and marketing executives. Set performance goals,and drive accountability across the department. Align marketing and sales initiatives with overall company objectives.

Client & Project Coordination

Work closely with design, project management, and procurement teams to ensure client expectations are met. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Manage client handovers and post-project relationship development for repeat business.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably with interior design firms or design-build companies handling commercial clients. Deep understanding of commercial design processes, timelines, and decision-making hierarchies. Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
