We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our construction company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our services, generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and executing marketing strategies to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction sector.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and client visits.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
Coordinate with the project and operations team to align sales with execution.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional activities.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
Prepare regular sales reports and update management on progress.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field

2-5 years of experience in
sales/marketing in construction or real estate industry
(preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Valid driving license (preferred, for client visits).
