The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales and marketing functions across
8 branches
. The role involves developing effective sales strategies, driving marketing campaigns, ensuring revenue growth, and building strong brand visibility. The position requires strategic leadership, people management skills, and a proven track record of scaling business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management
Plan, implement, and monitor sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across all 8 branches.
Drive patient acquisition and retention strategies (specific to healthcare/IVF if applicable).
Monitor branch-wise sales performance, analyze gaps, and ensure corrective action.
Develop referral and tie-up programs with doctors, hospitals, and corporate partners.
Ensure high conversion rates from inquiries to consultations and treatments.
Marketing Management
Plan and execute digital, offline, and on-ground marketing campaigns.
Oversee social media, brand visibility, and promotional activities.
Coordinate patient awareness programs, health camps, and events.
Manage marketing budgets and measure ROI of campaigns.
Build hospital/clinic branding to strengthen market presence.
Team & Leadership
Lead and mentor the sales and marketing teams across branches.
Set clear performance metrics (KPIs) and monitor outcomes.
Train branch-level staff in sales and customer engagement techniques.
Collaborate with operations and clinical teams to ensure seamless patient experience.
Business Development
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
Expand corporate tie-ups and insurance partnerships where applicable.
Monitor competition and market trends to stay ahead in the industry.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Proven track record in sales & marketing (preferably healthcare/IVF/hospital industry).
Strategic thinking with execution capability.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing and offline brand-building techniques.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
