Key Responsibilities
Design and implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives
Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and retention strategies
Lead and mentor a team of
4 Business Development Managers
and their respective teams to maximize performance
Set clear objectives, KPIs, and growth targets for the BDMs and monitor execution
Collaborate closely with marketing to create impactful campaigns that support sales objectives
Evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to inform strategies
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Oversee the CRM and ensure accurate reporting and pipeline management
Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on progress, performance, and projections
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in sales,
with at least
1-2 years in a leadership role
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with strong people management skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools
Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making
