The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and increase brand awareness. This role involves overseeing sales teams, managing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and working closely with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and implement comprehensive sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
Develop and manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, etc.).
Monitor and analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Analyse sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and recommendations.
Work closely with product development, customer service, and other departments to ensure alignment with business goals.
Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed for marketing initiatives.
Prepare and present weekly reports on sales performance, marketing activities, and market trends to senior management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales and marketing management in interior and residential construction (typically 5+ years).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales and marketing data.
